Greeting card publishers that supply product into Europe should be aware of new EU legislation coming into effect on December 13
The GPSR requires that all consumer products on the EU markets are safe, and it establishes specific obligations for businesses to ensure it.
Greeting Card Association Amanda Fergusson told Greetings Today: ”Information on this has been hard to come by and there is still a lack of detail in some areas, however there are some clear key points that those exporting cards to Europe need to be aware of.’’
