The £24 million acquisition will accelerate Card Factory’s digital ambitions Card Factory has completed its purchase of Funky Pigeon, the online personalised greetings card and gift marketplace. 

The £24 million acquisition of the WHSmith-owned site was announced last month as part of Card Factory’s plans to accelerate and scale its online business.  

Darcy Willson-Rymer, Card Factory Chief Executive Officer, said:
