The Giftware Association (GA) has launched a new survey inviting businesses across the gift, home, lifestyle and stationery sectors to share their views on membership, support, and the future direction of the association
The survey forms part of a wider review of the GA’s membership offer, benefits and community, as the association looks ahead to the next phase of its work supporting UK businesses across the sector.
Open to both current members and those considering joining, the survey asks for feedback on what organisations value most from a trade association, as well as where there may be opportunities to improve support and engagement.
The survey takes around 10 minutes to complete, is mostly multiple choice, and responses are completely anonymous. Insights gathered will help to inform how the association develops its services, resources and activity in the year ahead.
The Giftware Association encourages businesses from across the industry to take part and ensure their perspectives are represented.
