Japanese writing instruments manufacturer Zebra Pen has appointed three new team members as it seeks to accelerate its growth further across the UK
Having recently moved from Snopake Brands, Sarah Carnell-Grist has taken on a new national account manager role within the company. By bringing a wealth of experience with her, which includes over a decade at Stabilo, Sarah will be focused on developing the business’ commercial and educational channels.
Similarly, with Zebra looking to extend its operations within the independent retailer sector, well-known and respected territory sales manager Gary Smith has now made the switch from Pilot after 16 years’ service.
Following seven years with the Exacompta Clairefontaine group, Lawrence Savage has also joined as UK marketing manager to complete the new trio. Lawrence will be working closely with the new sales team as they seek to expand their product ranges throughout these sectors.
UK managing director Andy Hales commented: “Since we made the move to our new Runcorn premises last October we’ve been going through a transitional period, which has enabled us to make a number of enhancements within our operational capabilities, as well as expanding our personnel. It’s been my pleasure to welcome Lawrence, Sarah and Gary to the team as we continue to drive our development through enriched customer relationships, alongside a more diversified brand portfolio.”
