The Giftware Association CEO Gemma Sault has been recognised as one of the Top 100 Women in Trade Associations on the 2026 Women in Trade Associations (WiTA) Powerlist
The Powerlist is published by the Trade Association Forum (TAF), in partnership with the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) and the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB).
Launched to mark International Women’s Day 2026 on March 8, the WiTA Powerlist celebrates the exceptional women whose leadership, advocacy, and dedication are shaping the future of UK trade associations. The initiative highlights role models across the sector who demonstrate excellence and contribute to strengthening their industries nationwide.
Since stepping into her leadership role, Gemma has been a driving force behind The Giftware Association’s mission to support and elevate the UK’s gift and home sector. Her extensive background in retail, merchandising, supply chain management, and strategic development, which spans over 15 years with major household brands, continues to inform the association’s forward-thinking direction and member-centric approach.
Gemma’s passion for empowering businesses, supporting entrepreneurs, and enhancing the visibility of the giftware industry has made her an influential voice within the trade association community. Her inclusion on the WiTA Powerlist recognises not only her professional achievements but also her commitment to fostering collaboration and sector wide growth.
